The FR-1 Saddle harnesses cork’s natural properties - its light weight, cushioning capacity, and water resistance - to eliminate the need for plastics in a modern bike saddle.

The first batch of saddles have been made using a firm grade of reconstituted cork, which means the finished product has a similar hardness to a typical leather bike saddle. Like a leather saddle it will break in over time as the lacquer begins to soften... read more.
